Refund Policy

At Les Rois, we strive to provide luxury and quality with every purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at CrownTide2024@outlook.com or call (646)-450-1182 with your order number and reason for return.

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at CrownTide2024@outlook.com or call (646)-450-1182.

• Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
